The Ther Development Center continues its activities to enhance the transparency and participation of the local public budget. In this context, a dialogue session was held today between the local government of the Shafi’iyya District in the Diwaniyah Governorate, represented by Mr. Hakim Al-Saeedi, District Commissioner, and in the presence of the Secretary of the Planning and Development Council of the Diwaniyah Governorate, Engineer Haider Al-Gharabi, and an elite group of the district’s people. The dialogue focused on the mechanisms for preparing and approving the judiciary’s investment budget for the year 2023, amounting to 13 billion and 800 million dinars. We thank the attendees for their interaction and active participation in enhancing the transparency and participation of the local public budget.
