Under the title (Enhancing the Transparency of the Local Public Budget), the Ther Development Center held a dialogue session between the local government of Al-Shamiya district in Al-Diwaniyah Governorate, represented by Dr. Haider Fadel, District Commissioner and Engineer Haider Al-Gharabi, Secretary of the Planning and Development Council in Al-Diwaniyah Governorate, and the local community in the district, represented by a number of judicial notables. Mr. District Commissioner explained the plans for the judiciary projects amounting to 33 billion dinars within the allocations of the Food Security Law and 21 billion dinars within the allocations of the Federal General Budget Law for the year 2023. A civilized and transparent dialogue took place between the two parties. A number of ideas for developing the judiciary were presented by the participants.
