Ther Development Center, in cooperation with the Youth Organization of the South, held a session on 25 June in Nasiriyah to discuss the policy paper entitled (Prospects for cooperation between the local government in Dhi Qar Governorate and NGOs). The paper is based on the mechanism of joint cooperation between local governments and non-governmental organizations in the field of monitoring and supervision, which was issued by the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers in the process of enhancing transparency and governance of public money management.
