Ther Development Center held on May 21 in the city of Al-Amarah a session to discuss a policy paper on the prospects for cooperation between NGOs and the local government in the field of enhancing the governance and transparency of public money management in the implementation of the cooperation mechanism issued by the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers and Provincial Legal Articles No. 21 of 2008 amended and Financial Management No. 6 of the revised 2019 session, the session was attended by representatives of non-governmental organizations and those interested in the transparency and governance of public money management.
