The Ther Development Center, in cooperation with Mawtani Organization for Youth Development, held a dialogue session on Wednesday, February 15, 2023 in the city of Diwaniyah, on recommendations to amend the Provincial and District Council Elections Law No. 12 of 2018 as amended. The session was attended by heads of administrative units in Diwaniyah Governorate and the coordinator of the Non-Governmental Organizations Department in the General Secretariat to the cabinet.
