On October 3, Ther Development Center held a voluntary training workshop to build the capacities of young leaders in Al-Muthanna Governorate. The workshop focused on the Iraqi constitution, the identity of the Iraqi state, and the constitutional articles that allow the Iraqi citizen to participate in public affairs and that the citizen must protect public money.
