Ther Center for Development, in cooperation with the Directorate of Planning of the Holy Karbala Governorate and the Nakadir-Karbala team, held today a workshop (the legal framework for the role of NGOs in enhancing the transparency and governance of public money management). Professor Ali Kamouna and a number of heads of non-governmental organizations and civil activists in the holy Karbala, all thanks and appreciation to those who attended and participated.
